Equipment & Process Overview
This critical manufacturing process joins copper tubes and metal components in strict accordance with specified product architectures. We operate an extensive fleet of specialized welding and brazing systems, including manual torch brazing stations, welding turntables, underwater leak-test welding turntables, CO2 welders, Argon (TIG) welders, and automated mesh filter spot welders.
Joint quality is a paramount factor directly linked to the durability, hermetic sealing, and leak safety of refrigeration and HVAC components. By applying optimal welding and brazing methods tailored to the structural and material characteristics of each product, and backed by rigid post-welding inspection workflows, we ensure uncompromised quality stability. Our production floor layout is strategically structured with a dedicated configuration comprising 7 welding station tables and 2 underwater testing systems.
